Even if the insulating glass has excellent sealing performance, it can still leak air. One of the crucial reasons is that after filling the aluminum spacer with 3A molecular sieve particles, the pressing process was not carried out in time. The industry has clearly stipulated that: After the aluminum spacer complete the filling of the molecular sieve, the pressing process must be completed within 45 minutes.

The industry has clearly stipulated that:

After the aluminum spacer complete the filling of the molecular sieve, the pressing process must be completed within 45 minutes. However, many factories, when taking on large-scale project orders, the personnel allocation did not keep pace with the changes. To enhance efficiency, a centralized operation mode is often adopted. First, cut the glass uniformly, then carry out concentrated cleaning, batch fill the molecular sieves, and and finally perform unified pressing and bonding. The placement time after the molecular sieve is filled is much longer than 45 minutes. Molecular sieves absorb moisture from the air to saturation in advance, then lose their moisture absorption ability.

Additionally, the long-striped 3A molecular sieve is easy to use, allowing direct insertion to complete filling. Combined with the characteristics of slow-release desiccant, it fundamentally prevents premature failure of molecular sieves and completely solves the problem of fogging in insulating glass.
